Crisp peach dessert

Made this recipe and it was amazing! Can turn peaches into a simple dessert.

Serves 8

4 cups sliced fresh peaches or canned peaches

1/2 cup All Pourpose flour

1/2  Brown sugar

1/2 cup cold butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup rolled oaks

1 cup pecans

 Whipped cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Arrange peaches evenly in an 8×8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and 1/2 of the cinnamon. Let rest for 5 min.
  3. Mix flour, brown sugar, pecans, butter, rest of cinnamon, and salt in a bowl  until evenly crumbled. Fold oats into flour mixture; sprinkle and press topping into peaches.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
